He answered all of my questions and simplified the entire mortgage refinance process. My husband and I worked with Vik and the AnnieMac Home Mortgage team on our home refinance in May 2022. During our initial conversation, Vik told me the interest rate he thought we could get and made helpful suggestions to also consolidate credit card debt into the new mortgage savings us hundreds of additional dollars. AnnieMac listened to and responded all of our concerns. All work was completed in a timely manner. I just wish there would have been more clear about the mortgage rate lock and certain fees associated with it. We only really saw certain numbers we were going to pay for in our forms and we were the ones that noticed them.
