My experience with Vik was very positive. Buying property can be very stressful when you are in a very competitive market. Vik took time to explain what the mortgage process is actually like. He was patient with all my questions which were at times repetitive. He was also available when needed for clarification every time. I would recommend him to all potential buyers. You will not feel that you are on your own with him. He cares about his clients and tries to help to the best of his abilities. I am very thankful I had him as my lender. We were first time home buyers looking to buy since last year. The biggest challenge for us was to understand what we could afford. We worked with a few lenders last year and no one could give us a clear picture even after a credit check. This is where Vik helped us. The first thing he told us was what he could get us based on different downpayment percentages. This helped us in going for the right homes. Vik is easily approachable. He always picked up the call. This was my first home purchase in a market, where getting VA offers with Zero down payments accepted by sellers is extremely tough. Vik was able to get me approved for Annie Mac’s Cash to Keys Program for Veterans and thru this program, I was able to make a Cash offer to the seller. Vik was extremely helpful thru out the process and communicated well with all parties involved. Prior to closing Vik, was able to get me a VA mortgage with Zero down at a very competitive rate. Vikram was extremely helpful and my wife and I both had a fantastic experience. As first-time home buyers in a volatile market (and buying a new construction property with unclear closing timelines), he was extremely diligent in explaining the situation to us and informing us appropriately so we could make the best decision in choosing our loan terms and when to lock in a rate. As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I highly recommend going through Vikram as he will make sure to set aside ample time and clearly explain all processes and key considerations throughout the entire process. He and his team were great in making sure all documents are collected/submitted quickly and that all timelines and due diligence were met.
