I would highly recommend Vikram for his polite and patient way of handling my concerns. He always returned my phone calls and texts too. His staff are gems and were also very professional as well as approachable. This was a difficult process for me to handle but Vikram did everything he could to explain and help me with the preparations and requirements for the mortgage.

Buying a home is a very stressful process especially when selling your current home at the same time. My realtor introduced me to Vik and the buy now sell later program and it was the best decision we could make. Vik was very professional, informative and patient. Always answered my calls/texts and always had an answer to any question I had. He really put my mind at ease with the whole process. The buy now sell later program sounds too good to be true but let me tell you it's not an I'm really glad we made the choice to utilize it. We found our dream home and couldn't be happier.

I would refer Vikram Patel to all of my friends and family. He is the right man for this profession. Getting me approved for my mortgage was easy in the beginning but changeling in the end. Vik is very in knowledgeable. He guided me during a car buying process that unexpectedly NEEDED, in the middle of us searching for a house. Vik was with us from the beginning of the process and still checks on us 2 months after closing.

You know the kind of lender you want talking to your spouse giving sound financial advice that you agree with but it cant come from you because they wont listen? That's Vik. Vik was so helpful and patient with my wife and I through out the home loan process. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone else. He was especially good and getting our documents in on time and answering any and all questions.
